All quad bike riders must be at least 13 years old. Our Tours: All guests participate on our tours at their own risk and shall be required to sign indemnity form before take-off. Please present your ID when required to do so. Alcohol or Drugs: No alcohol or drugs may be consumed during any of our tours. Should you be suspected to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs you won’t be allowed on our tour and you will still be responsible for the time booked (no refund) Itineraries: One hour guided tour at Atlantis dunes; please show up 30 minutes earlier so you can be processed & familiarize yourself with the bike. Purchases: Ezey Tours accepts payments by Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards for its products and services. All online purchases are also governed by the terms and conditions of respective service providers. Please review respective merchant service provider’s user agreement and privacy policy before entering any transaction. A 100% deposit is required to secure your booking. We do recommend you pre-book as we do get busy as we only trek in small groups. For walk-in bookings payment can be made in cash or by card on the day. Insurance: It is strongly advised that all Clients take out adequate insurance cover such as cancellation due to illness, accident, injury or other causes. Personal accident, emergency evacuation and repatriation and personal liability cover as well as for loss of or damage to personal belongings are also strongly recommended. Ezey Tours; its management; agents and employees may not be held reliable for theft; loss; injuries or death suffered by any person whilst on tour with us. Cancellations: Cancellation by Ezey Tours; Ezey Tours operates its tours in all weather (unless it’s too dangerous). In the extremely unlikely event that Ezey Tours is required to cancel a tour, and is unable to arrange a suitable replacement date with you, then a 100% refund applies. Cancellation by You; No late arrival will be allowed; If the booking is cancelled before 48 hours of tour departure date; the fee is 100% refundable. Bookings cancelled after 48 hours are none-refundable. You agree with the terms of the Cancellation Policy and understand that any cancellation by you or by a Guide, and any related refund, will be processed in accordance with the Cancellation Policy in force at the time of your booking. Refunds: Refunds will be sent back to the original payment method used in making the booking. Depending on the bank’s processing time, it can take 10 business days for the refunds to reflect in your bank account or card balance. Health: Please follow covid19 health protocols at all times. We have sanitizer available onsite and you shall be required to sanitize your hands before participating on our tours. Safety during the Tour: 1. Wear closed toed shoes 2. Always wear your helmet 3. Follow your guide and keep 5m distance between you and the person in front 4. Do not over speed 5. Do not change gears (our quad bikes are fully automatic) 6. Always listen to your tour guide; you will be given one warning the second warning is simple, walk back. Damages: Should you damage the bike due to negligence; you will be liable for all the repairs. Such damages shall be billed to your name and you will be required to pay minimum R5000.00 deposit on the spot. Should the repairs amount to less than R5000.00 the balance will be refunded to you. Should such repairs exceed R5000.00 then the remaining will be requested from you by means of email or telephone and will be expected to be settled within 14 days. Privacy-Surveys: Ezey Tours understands that efficiency and customer care translates to good service. EzeyTours.co.za may periodically conduct online customer care surveys to facilitate the updating of service standards. When it conducts a survey, EzeyTours.co.za will inform the User how the information gathered will be used, and will provide the User with the opportunity to opt-out from such surveys. Marketing & Photography: Ezey Tours reserves the right at its sole discretion and without notice to use photographs and film taken by the Company’s representatives or photographers on any of its tours and packages on its website and in its brochures. The Company will not be obliged to make payment to any guest for the use of any photograph. Photographs of a compromising nature will not be taken or used. Any client who has an objection to this should inform the Company or its agent’s onsite that he/she does not wish to be photographed or filmed for such purposes. Privacy lawful purposes: When Ezey Tours is served with due legal process requiring the delivery of personal customer Information; it has the legal duty to abide by that demand, and will do so. These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed under and in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
